Course

Workshop Description

Join us for our third Twin Cities RailsBridge Installfest and workshop. Curriculum will include an introduction to Ruby on Rails, as well as an intermediate course for those who are ready to take a deeper dive into RailsBridge curriculum. RailsBridge Students

RailsBridge is intended for women who would like to see what computer programming is all about or for women who are already in the industry but would like to learn about Ruby on Rails. Men are welcome at this workshop if they are an invited guest of a woman student.

Transportation and Parking

Parking is available in the Lawson Ramp - 10 West 6th Street St Paul, MN 55102. Metered street parking may also be available. Public transportation options include multiple bus lines and light rail (take the Green Line LRT to the Central Station in downtown St. Paul and walk 3 blocks to the Hamm building).

Food and Drinks

GovDelivery will provide pizza and beverages for installfest, as well as breakfast and lunch for the workshop. A gluten free and vegetarian option will be provided.

After Party

Join us for a post workshop happy hour to regale us with your feats of coding greatness. Happy hour will be from 5:30 to 7:00 at Amsterdam Bar & Hall in St. Paul, just 1 block from the event.
