Workshop Description

Bridge Foundry will share its 2019 vision for corporate culture change, in addition to teaching code skills to people underserved in the tech industry.
The program will include:

• Bridge Foundry’s 2017 diversity impact results.
• Diversity insights from 2018 sustaining sponsors.
• An interactive session modeled on Bridge Foundry’s new curriculum, which trains volunteers how to handle difficult conversations when needed.

Community and tech industry leaders will leave better-connected to others in the industry who care about diversity, and empowered with techniques for handling challenges that they can share back to their teams.
